Planning session: Your Event Coordinator will meet with you 1 month before your wedding to go over all of your third party vendor contracts, request and desires.
Unlimited phone and email conversations during the 30 days before your wedding.
Taking care of the details:
Your Event coordinator will help you tie up any loose ends concerning wedding vendors and other wedding details.
Review your third party vendor contracts, and discuss the overall wedding flow to make sure all of your request and desires are covered and to make necessary changes if needed.
Final confirmation of wedding professionals details, arrival times, their wedding day contact information, and if applicable rental return directions if they aren't picking up that night.
Collect all of your wedding day items 3 days before your wedding things such as the guest book, pen, toasting glasses, cake knife set, ring pillow, flower girl basket etc. a full list will be given to you.
Wedding Reception director to attend you wedding rehearsal the day before, up to 2 days before your wedding day to direct and give instruction our your pre determined wedding day flow and ceremony.
We like for all wedding party participants, family ceremony participants and clergy to attend if possible, but understand if some are not available.
Guiding wedding party through the wedding day time flow

Final Venue walk through 2-7 days before your wedding.
Giving of final payments and tips on your wedding day, that is given to us from the couple or responsible persons.
Distributing and Pinning on of flowers and corsages if the florist is not present at the time.
Organizing of bridal party, when to walk down the aisle and placed
Assisting bride with getting dressed and bustling your gown or with dress changes.
Cueing musicians and officiants at ceremony
Assuring all reception final touches including lighting of candles is complete before your guest reception room entrance time.
Keeping DJ on scheduling and MC assisting if needed.
Directing guest from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception.
Assisting guest with questions and those with special needs
Making the couple aware of the next scheduled event and guiding them through the day
Making sure the scheduled person to give a toast or parent dance is prepared
Assisting the guest with the Grand Departure or Grand Departure photo opp.
Being ready for emergency's and unexpected occurrences.
Securing wedding day gifts with pre-assigned person of your choosing.
Overseeing of the break down of your celebration.
